Concept and Building Design

We all know that the time to make changes is at the planning and design stages of a project. A concept and building design assessment is a  design feasibility and development assessment  undertaken in conjuction with the client  and Architect. Overall  objectives are:

a. The project concept being compliant with the Resource Management Act

b. The project being  compliant with the District Scheme for the Town Planning requirements.

c. The project meeting the requirements of the Building Consent Authority.

d. The  project’s design being fully subscribed to by meeting the clients needs.
