Quality assurance is critical for any building or environmental project. Our approach ensures the highest quality at the most cost-effective price point for you the customer. Our services include:

a. Quality assurance of the project is assured by a systematic process of checks undertaken progressively during the projects construction.

b. Material specifications contracted on are checked for compliance as soon as they reach the project site.

c. The physical product is continuously assessed for quality to comply with the Building Act performance criteria. This can be undertaken in conjunction with the Building Consent Authority or as a stand alone activity.

d. Ongoing maintenance is planned and as such is fully integrated with designed software to provide timely maintenance checks on specific items.

e. A ten year plan is produced with the software coupled with anticipated costs to allow for a cash flow specifially allocated to maintenance of the project.
